Carpet care trainning manual

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) designed this training course to provide instruction in the care and maintenance of carpet and rugs. The goal in developing this course is for participants to establish a basic understanding of, and requirements for, maintaining and caring for carpets and rugs.
